India A openers set up the game well with scores of 80s apiece – Samarth scored 83 while Easwaran scored 86 runs. Srikar Bharat scored a century later and a half century from Kuldeep Yadav helped India A gain a 159-run first innings lead. Mitchell Marsh with a century helped Australia A get to 346 in their first innings while India A responded 505 runs.

Kuldeep Yadav has been the star performer for India A in the first innings with a half century and a five wicket haul! After conceding a great first innings lead, Australia A crumbled for just 213 runs in their second innings setting a target of 55 runs which India A scored in just 6.2 overs and won the Test match comfortably!

In this two match unofficial Test series, Australia A won the first match by 98 runs while India A won the second match by 6 wickets and squared the series 1-1!
